Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all warehouse areas
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
