Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated inventory systems
- Inspect and package products according to HACCP standards
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure freshness
- Adhere to OSHA and USDA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements in WMS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Pass background check and drug screening
