Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Inventory management using RF scanning technology
- Sanitize equipment and storage spaces following USDA standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
