Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods in and out of refrigerated and frozen storage units.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain strict adherence to cold chain safety protocols to preserve product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Keep storage areas organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in quality control inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures can drop below 0°F).
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
