Piedmont Logistics Group is actively recruiting reliable Cold Storage Workers for immediate openings in Columbus, OH. We are a leading provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our direct-hire team.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods within the warehouse and to loading docks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls in refrigerated storage areas.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to guidelines.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Package and label products for shipment with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience working in a cold storage, freezer, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is required.
- Commitment to adhering to OSHA safety standards.
