Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated (-10°F to 40°F) environments
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with proper documentation
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in food-grade storage facilities
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA cold chain compliance protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred
