Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (0°F to 32°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled storage areas
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Load/unload trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Complete inventory tracking using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
