Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect, sort, and package perishable goods according to food safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines in all warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
