Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage areas
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits and document stock movements in WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Operate automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS) with precision
- Collaborate with quality control team on product inspection protocols
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and temperature logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
