Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control and inventory in refrigerated environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in cold conditions
- Inspect and document product quality upon receipt and storage
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with team on efficient loading/unloading of perishable goods
- Conduct routine sanitation and facility maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
