Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and monitor temperature/humidity controls
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO compliance in cold zones
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety protocols
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient product movement
- Document storage activities and inventory records accurately
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards in all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
