- Accurately pack and seal shipments according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing
- Operate packing equipment and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized workspace and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies
- Assist with receiving and stocking as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Stockton facility
