Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated warehouses (-20°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product loading/unloading
- Monitor inventory levels using RF scanning technology
- Execute FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Conduct daily safety inspections of storage equipment
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
