Responsibilities
- Operate provided refrigerated equipment and forklifts to load/unload temperature-sensitive products
- Maintain optimal storage conditions by monitoring and adjusting refrigeration systems
- Follow HACCP protocols to ensure food safety compliance
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts using provided handheld scanners
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following company hygiene standards
- Document temperature logs and operational reports using provided tablets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F) with provided insulated gear
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided mechanical aids
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (equipment provided for all shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
