Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using provided equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and refrigeration systems with provided training
- Inspect and organize inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols using provided PPE
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs using provided digital tools
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient product rotation and FIFO compliance
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly (equipment provided for heavy items)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Blvd facility
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- No prior cold storage experience required – full training provided
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
