Responsibilities
- Unload and refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize products in temperature-controlled zones (-10°F to 45°F)
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory counts
- Maintain sanitation standards through daily cleaning protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
