Responsibilities
- Pack and seal merchandise according to quality standards and shipping protocols
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips using barcode scanners
- Prepare shipping labels and arrange packages for courier pickup
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters) safely
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining zero-error standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
