Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage units (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform quality inspections on perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines for cold environments
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in cold environments (thermal clothing provided)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
