Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) to move and organize inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety standards
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments using provided tools
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment with training provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
