Responsibilities
- Operate provided refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring equipment
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain optimal storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in assigned zones
- Conduct daily safety checks on company-provided PPE and machinery
- Inventory and organize products using provided barcode scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA guidelines for cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F temperatures for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 7th Avenue facility
- Willingness to operate provided equipment after training
