Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Monitor and record warehouse conditions (humidity, temperature)
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities daily
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Team player with strong communication skills
