Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with precision
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Pass background/drug screening
