Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
