Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature/humidity controls in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards daily
- Document storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail in temperature monitoring
