Responsibilities
- Unload and load refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and rotate inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Monitor and document storage conditions (temperature/humidity)
- Sanitize equipment and maintain strict hygiene protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA cold storage regulations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
