Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Inspect and record equipment performance metrics
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation
- Monitor and document environmental conditions hourly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (40°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- No prior cold storage experience required
