- Optimize inventory control and material flow with provided WMS technology
- Implement safety standards for equipment usage and workplace hazards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless equipment maintenance scheduling
- Lead performance reviews and equipment-related process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment-related operational issues
