Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating overnight schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
