Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Inspect, sort, and inventory refrigerated products using WMS systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for shipment scheduling
- Document inventory and quality control data via digital platforms
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with remote supervisors for operational planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
