Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control protocols for refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and HACCP food safety guidelines
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or environmental irregularities
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
