Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F to 20°F)
- Manage inventory tracking using WMS systems with remote data entry options
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP and FDA cold storage protocols
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods during loading/unloading
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for real-time inventory updates
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in monthly safety training (accessible via remote portal)
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures below freezing for extended periods
