Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for safe inventory movement
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas to comply with FDA/HACCP standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using proper handling techniques
- Document inventory movements and environmental conditions daily
- Collaborate with quality control teams on product integrity checks
- Participate in emergency response drills for refrigeration failures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
