Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and resolve discrepancies before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 rotating shift schedule
