Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP compliant)
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Implement OSHA safety standards in all daily operations
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in sub-zero temperatures
