- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems safely
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO principles
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work in 40°F environments for extended periods
