Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow strict food safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas per sanitation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (32°F to 0°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory and temperature monitoring
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
