Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled environments
- Monitor and maintain optimal cold storage temperatures using digital monitoring systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Conduct daily sanitation and safety checks per HACCP standards
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training available if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

- Ability to pass mandatory background check
