Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records through our remote-friendly tracking system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits with remote data entry capabilities
- Operate warehouse management software from both on-site and remote locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in basic digital tools (inventory software, email, video conferencing)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekend shifts
