Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 part-time staff during daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Optimize space utilization and implement lean warehouse practices
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely order fulfillment
- Train staff on equipment operation and SOPs
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills for reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license
