Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for safe product movement
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per FDA guidelines
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all procedures
- Load/unload shipments using proper stacking techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures
- Pass background check and drug screening
