Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load, unload, and move materials to designated areas while following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and documentation
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment, reporting issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
