Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate company-owned forklifts and order selection equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling merchandise
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided supportive equipment
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Willingness to operate company-provided machinery
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Bakersfield facility
