- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in -10°F to 40°F refrigerated environments

- Inspect and sanitize storage areas to meet HACCP compliance standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using proper stacking techniques
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs in digital systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in temperature-controlled conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to complete company training)
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to work in 30-40°F environments for extended periods
