Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Execute inventory counts and cycle checks in frozen storage zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Perform routine sanitation of equipment and storage facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 0-32°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
