Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop team members through performance coaching and training
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and safety standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free workplace
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development background
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred
