Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs by 15%
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics integration
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management systems
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 remote days/week)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
