Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in cold storage units (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in cold environments
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver's license (required for facility access)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
