Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols including proper PPE usage and sanitation procedures
- Conduct routine inventory checks and accurately record data in our digital tracking system
- Monitor warehouse conditions and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage space and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
