Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Conduct daily inventory audits using RF scanners
- Sanitize and organize storage racks per HACCP standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with precision
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions
- Train new hires on safety protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months warehouse/cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Ability to work in sub-zero conditions for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
