Responsibilities
- Operate refrigeration systems and monitor temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and documentation
- Adhere to strict HACCP protocols and food safety standards
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-10°F) with proper PPE
